"Rachmaninov: Piano concerto No.2" was a piece which I listened in my first Tomomi's concert. The orchestra was Tchaikovsky Foundation Russian Symphony Orchestra. This performance was so much impressive, and this triggered that I go to tomomi's concerts repeatedly since then.
In this concert, Mr Haneda's piano sound was so warm and charming, I think. His encore was "When You Wish Upon a Star" with "Twinkle, twinkle, little star" in his jazz arrangement. It was so fantastic!
Each "Tableaux d'une exposition" and "Lezginka from Gayane" had a tremendous impact. I like "Lezginka" conducted by Tomomi very much. It has an uplifting feeling so much. You can listen this performance in this DVD and CD, these are performed by Russian Bolshoi Symphony Orchestra "Millenium".
